You manage rental properties for landlords. Every tenant on every managed property needs the official Information Sheet before 31 May 2026.
TenancyKit scales. Upload your portfolio by CSV, we email each tenant the Information Sheet from GOV.UK, and you get per-property compliance packs plus an agency-level summary (coming soon) — everything you need if a council asks about any managed property.
From £149 one-off. No subscription. CSV bulk upload. Per-property compliance packs. Agency-level audit trail. UK-hosted data.
One tenant missed across 50 properties is £7,000. A careless day could cost £350,000.
Under the Renters' Rights Act, civil penalties are issued per breach— meaning per tenant who doesn't receive the required document by 31 May 2026. For a letting agent managing 50 properties with an average of 1.5 tenants each, that's 75 potential breaches.
Landlords carry the legal obligation. But in practice, councils write to whoever holds the tenancy file — and that's you. Your landlord clients will ask who forgot. Your PI insurance will ask who was responsible.
TenancyKit gives you per-property and per-agency audit trails. You can prove every tenant in every managed property received the document, on time, with a timestamp, using the exact PDF from GOV.UK.
Upload once. Deliver everything. Done.
Upload your portfolio
Download our CSV template, fill in your properties and tenants (or export from your existing system), and upload. We validate every row before anything imports — bad rows are flagged for you to fix.
Preview, then send
See exactly what will be imported and what will be sent, per property, before you commit. When you're ready, TenancyKit emails the official Information Sheet to every tenant and tracks delivery for each one.
Download your audit trail
A dated compliance pack per property plus an agency-level summary PDF showing every delivery across your portfolio. If a council investigates any managed property, you have the evidence ready.
One payment. Pick your portfolio size.
No subscription. No monthly fees. Pick the tier that fits your portfolio today. If you grow later, pay the difference to upgrade — never the full price again.

What's different for agents.
The landlord workflow is one-property-at-a-time. The agent workflow is portfolios, bulk operations, client reporting, and audit trails that stand up to professional indemnity scrutiny.
CSV bulk upload
Download our template, fill in your properties and tenants, upload once. Every row is validated before import — bad data is flagged for you to fix, good rows still import. Preview every delivery before anything sends.
Agency-level audit trail
Per-property compliance packs plus a single agency summary PDF. Every delivery, every tenant, every timestamp. Defensible for council investigations and PI insurance reviews alike.
The exact government PDF
We deliver the official Information Sheet published by MHCLG — unaltered, no rebranding, no risk of rejection. The legislation requires this specific document.
Portfolio changes handled
Tenants move in and out. Landlords give you new mandates. You can add new properties and tenants at any time — deliveries for new tenants go out with full audit trail, existing properties stay untouched.
UK data hosting
Your landlords' data and their tenants' data stays in UK-region servers (Europe London). GDPR compliant. Registered with the ICO as a data controller.
Agent-specific
questions.
How does agent pricing work?+
Three tiers, all one-off: Agent Small £149 (up to 30 properties), Agent Medium £499 (up to 100 properties), Agent Large £999 (200+ properties). You pay once, use TenancyKit to handle the 31 May deadline, and keep lifetime read-only access to your compliance packs. If you grow into a larger tier later, pay the difference to upgrade — never the full price again.
How does CSV bulk upload work?+
You download our template (CSV with required columns: property address, tenancy type, tenant names, tenant emails). You fill it in — or export from your existing property management system in that format. You upload. We validate every row: required fields, email format, duplicate tenant emails within a property. Bad rows are flagged for you to fix inline. Good rows can still import while you fix the bad ones. You preview every delivery, then commit.
Do you integrate with Jupix, Reapit, or Alto?+
Not yet. TenancyKit is a standalone tool — we read CSVs, not APIs. If your property management system can export a CSV of properties and tenants (all the major ones can), you're fine. Direct integrations are on our roadmap, but CSV is the universal way in for now.
What happens if a delivery bounces?+
Bounces are flagged in your dashboard immediately, per tenant, per property. You get the tenant's current contact details from the landlord, update the email address, and redeliver. The compliance pack records both attempts with timestamps.
Can I preview what the tenant will receive?+
Yes. Before any delivery, you see the exact email and attached PDF that each tenant will receive. You can also send a test to yourself first. Nothing goes out until you explicitly click send.
What about tenancy changes mid-cycle?+
You can add new properties and new tenants at any time. New tenants get their Information Sheet delivered with full audit trail. Existing deliveries stay untouched. If a tenant moves out, you mark them as departed — no further deliveries go to them, but the original audit record stays intact.
What if I grow my portfolio later?+
Upgrade to the next tier and pay only the difference. Small (£149, 30 properties) → Medium (£499, 100 properties): pay £350 to upgrade. Medium → Large (£999, 200+ properties): pay £500. You never re-pay the full new tier price.
Who is legally responsible — me or the landlord?+
The landlord carries the legal obligation under the Renters' Rights Act. But in practice, councils write to whoever holds the tenancy file and conducts property management. Your landlord clients will ask who was responsible if a breach occurs. TenancyKit's audit trail is designed to prove compliance for both you and your landlord clients.
Is my landlords' data safe?+
Yes. Data is stored in UK-region servers (Europe London) with Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest. TenancyKit is registered with the ICO as a data controller. We're GDPR compliant. We never share data with third parties except to deliver the documents you ask us to.
What happens after the deadline?+
Your account stays accessible in read-only mode permanently. You can download compliance packs any time. If future phases of the Renters' Rights Act require new actions (PRS Database, Ombudsman, etc.), we'll launch tools for those phases — and existing customers get preferential pricing.
